Booking Policy
To ensure your appointment is reserved and our services delivered smoothly:

All consultations and services must be booked through our secure online portal or by contacting our office.

A non-refundable $50 security deposit is required to hold your appointment. This will be credited towards your total session fee.

Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

Same-day cancellaitions or no shows will be charged 50% of the session fee.

One reschedule is permitted per appointment with 24-hours notice.

A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in a shortened session or rescheduled at our discretion.
