By booking with ORTS family connections, you agree to the following:
Scope of Services: We provide family advocacy, education consulting, pychoeducation workshops, and mediation. We do not offer therapy or clinical mental health services.
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for implementing any tools or strategies discussed. ORTS Family Connections is not liable for school or agency decisions or outcomes.
Confidentiality: All personal information shared is held confidential, in compliance with HIPPA and federal privacy standards.
Right to Refuse Services: ORTS Family Connections reserves the right to refuse services for disruptive, abusive, or non-compliant behavior.
Written Consent: Communication with school staff or third parties will only occur with the client's written consent.
